Sale of Disposed Office Assets (001/UNDP/SALE/2017)


You are invited to submit sealed bid (s) for the purchase of used office properties (computers, laptops, office furniture, telecommunication devices, vehicles) as detailed in the attached List of Items.

Terms and Conditions

1. Bidders are urged to inspect the items prior to submitting bids. The items can be inspected starting from 6 – 10 February 2017 between 09.00 – 14.30 at following venues :

a)  UNDP Country Office: Menara Thamrin Building Lt.8, Jl. MH. Thamrin Kav.3, Jakarta 10250

2. Please note that some items are sold in group/lot.

3. Bidders are required to complete the attached form (List of Items) to indicate their bids and to provide contact information. A copy of the form is available in UNDP Indonesia website:, and can also be requested from Common Services Section–Administration Unit UNDP Jakarta.

4. The duly completed form should be put in a sealed envelope, and a security deposit in the amount of Rp 300.000 (three hundred thousand rupiah) per group/lot or per individual item should be submitted to Common Services Section–Administration Unit, UNDP, Menara Thamrin 8th floor, Jl. MH Thamrin Kav 3, Jakarta 10250, during 09.00 – 14.30 hours from 6 – 10 February 2017 (during working days). Please mark the sealed envelope with the code number: 001/UNDP/SALE/2017. Late submission will be rejected.

5.  For the successful bidders, the security deposit will not be part of the payment to the total bid value. The deposit is not refundable for winners who do not collect the items they successfully bid. For the losers, the deposit is refundable and can be collected from UNDP Finance unit, starting from 15 – 24 February 2017 (during working days) between 09:00 – 14:30 hours.

6.  UNDP reserves the rights to reject any bids without giving any reasons.

7.  The items are offered for sale in an “As is” and “Where is” condition, and after the purchase of the items, ownership and responsibility for the goods, including use of the goods, are transferred to the buyer in its entirety.

8.  The list of successful bidders will be announced at UNDP Indonesia website: 15 – 24 February 2017. The successful bidders will be contacted to settle the payment and to collect the items on a timely basis.

9.  Payment in full for the goods must be made to Finance Unit UNDP prior to collecting the items and it is not refundable. Both payment and collection of items must be made during 15 – 24 February 2017 (except on week-end and public holidays) at 09.00 – 14.30 hours. In the event that a successful bidder fails to make payment and/or arrangement to collect the item(s) during those days, the deposit is not refundable, and the items would be offered to the second winner.

10. The successful bidders should remove and collect the item(s) awarded at his/her own expense and without causing any damage to surrounding property/premises. Neither mechanical nor manpower will be provided for removal/collection of the items. He/she will reimburse UNDP for any damage sustained as a result of his/her removal of the item(s) purchased.
